Return & Exchange

1. Return Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, intact, and in the original packaging. All accessories, parts, and boxes must be included. Damaged items caused by improper personal use are not eligible for free returns.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will provide a free replacement or full refund without any extra cost. We may require clear photos or videos to confirm the issue.

4. Return Shipping Fee

For personal reason returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
For defective or wrong items: We will cover all shipping fees.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Please note that banks or payment platforms may take extra days to display the funds.

6. Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for another size, color, or model, please contact our customer service first. Exchange availability depends on current stock. Extra shipping fees may apply for exchange orders.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following situations cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items damaged by misuse, disassembling, or human error
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Clearance or discounted final-sale items
- Items returned after the 30-day return window

8. How to Submit a Return Request

Please contact our support email to start a return process. Kindly provide your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
