International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your local customs authority. Shipping costs are fully covered by our store, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees during checkout. We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, with the exception of areas subject to international sanctions, shipping restrictions, or where local laws prohibit the import of our products. Common restricted destinations include (but are not limited to) Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, and certain regions with political or logistical limitations. Processing time includes order verification, product packaging, and preparation for shipment. Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Cyber Monday) or special promotions, processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days, and we will notify you of any delays via email or in-store announcements. We reserve the right to verify orders for fraud prevention purposes, which may occasionally extend processing time. If additional information is needed to process your order, our customer service team will contact you promptly.

We partner with trusted carriers to provide reliable shipping services, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, and Canada Post, etc.
As for which courier will be used for your package, it depends on your shipping destination and our cooperating courier company.
We guarantee all packages are fully trackable, and you can find the tracking number directly in your order dashboard. Normally, you will receive your order within 7–15 days.
