1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). Processing time includes order verification, product packaging, and preparation for shipment. Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Cyber Monday) or special promotions, processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days, and we will notify you of any delays via email or in-store announcements.

We reserve the right to verify orders for fraud prevention purposes, which may occasionally extend processing time. If additional information is needed to process your order, our customer service team will contact you promptly.

2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently offer shipping to all 50 states of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and military bases, though delivery timelines may be slightly longer for these locations.

2.2 International Shipping

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, with the exception of areas subject to international sanctions, shipping restrictions, or where local laws prohibit the import of our products. Common restricted destinations include (but are not limited to) Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, and certain regions with political or logistical limitations. Before placing an international order, please confirm that our products are allowed to be imported into your country/region.

Note: As of August 29, 2025, the minimum exemption threshold no longer applies to shipments to the United States. All goods imported into the United States are subject to customs duties and import taxes, regardless of the shipment value . Additionally, international orders require a Harmonized System (HS) code, and product descriptions in the order must be detailed, accurate, and in plain language to ensure smooth customs clearance .

2.3 Prohibited & Restricted Products

Certain products cannot be shipped internationally due to carrier restrictions or local laws, including but not limited to :

If you attempt to order a prohibited product, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund, with a notification sent to your registered email address.

Note: International delivery timelines are estimates and may be delayed due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, border restrictions). We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

For shipments from Canada to the US: As of August 28, 2025, all shipments via Canada Post must be sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) . You can also use DHL Express for both DAP (Delivered at Place) and DDP shipments, or Purolator for DAP shipments .

4. Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase requirement. Shipping costs are fully covered by our store, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees during checkout. The shipping method will be selected based on your destination and order details to ensure efficient and safe delivery.
